Read this first. Being on this list means the building passed a lender project review at a point in time. Approvals expire and buildings can fall off after a new budget, an insurance renewal, or a special assessment. Always have me re-confirm the building before you write an offer. Not on the list is not a no. It usually just means nobody has ordered the review yet, and I can order it.
